Elliptic Table & Chairs - Table

This design came about following a specific request from a client in Scotland who had previously commissioned an Elliptic II Seat in 2004. They particularly wanted the new design to make a direct link to the Elliptic Series II Seat, and I feel that we have achieved this with stunning results.

The Table has the most beautiful lines culminating in a fluted transom at each end. The legs are spread by two layers of stretchers formed from narrow planks, on all four sides.

Timber: Western Red Cedar for table top; Ash for legs and stretchers
